The Silver State (official); Sagebrush State; Battle Born State, Nevada, with its 2,790,136 residents, keeps police busy, with 16763 arrests in 2014. That's similar to non-rape sex crime arrests, which were TABLE 69 SEX CRIMES in Nevada and in the thousands in big states like California, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin (but California has many more than most with over 9,700 sex crime arrests in 2014).
