SWAT call out in the Cottonwood area regarding search warrant... YCSO deputies, assisted by the Cottonwood Police Department and DPS, have set a perimeter around the 700 block of Desert Jewel Drive due to a barricaded suspect inside a home. Earlier this evening, the suspect fired shots from the home - fortunately, no one was injured. The YCSO SWAT team has deployed - neighboring homes have been evacuated. PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE AREA - SEVERAL ROADS INTO THIS SCENE ARE CLOSED. Further updates when available --

YCSO is working with Prescott and Tribal Police on the case involving the use of counterfeit currency at various Prescott area businesses... Suspects may also be involved in other cases in Phoenix..
