Ever wonder what we do with the firearms and other dangerous metal weapons we book into evidence? We destroy them!! We just took almost 300 firearms and other dangerous metal weapons to SA Recycling in Anaheim, which is a metal recycling and processing center. These items were weapons that are either illegal to possess, were used in the commission if a crime, or have been surrendered by the owners. Take a look at the pictures from our trip to SA Recycling. Needless to say, our Officers, Cadets, and Staff were in awe of the process, especially THE CLAW!
