Heber Springs Police Department News

Cleburne County is under a Burn Ban until further notice!

At our department we strive to follow our motto of protecting and serving ! Sometimes it requires the public’s help. Some may or may not know but our dispatchers dispatch calls for the entire county! Some of you have livestock and they get out from time to time. Please if you have livestock give our dispatch a call so we can add you to our list in case they get out. Even if you don’t have livestock tell your friends that do! Thank you for your continued support.

Hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th! Please don’t forget our freedoms were fought for, remember to thank a service member today to show your appreciation! We’d like to extend a big thanks to the veterans from all of us at the Heber Springs Police Department.

Congratulations Cpl. Griffin on graduating from the Crime Scene Technician program that was hosted by CJI.

WARNING: If you have recently purchased Meth in Cleburne, Stone, White, or Pulaski Counties it may be contaminated with the Zika Virus. Please bring it to your local Police Department and they will test it for free. If you're not comfortable coming into their office, please contact your corresponding police department and they'll test your Meth in the privacy of your home.

From our family’s to yours Merry Christmas and happy new year !

On Friday we were honored to attend the 49th CJI session to congratulate the SLES graduates. John Murphy was happy to congratulate John Murphy (we had no idea there were two John Murphy’s) on his graduation ! Sgt. White, Cpl. Hiltz, and Ofc. Burris were also in attendance.

Due to the incoming weather we have decided to cancel the Heber Springs night out that was originally scheduled for Tuesday November 7th. We will reschedule and look to set a spring date ASAP! Thanks for understanding and being patient with us as we work to reschedule.
