From our family’s to yours Merry Christmas and happy new year !

On Friday we were honored to attend the 49th CJI session to congratulate the SLES graduates. John Murphy was happy to congratulate John Murphy (we had no idea there were two John Murphy’s) on his graduation ! Sgt. White, Cpl. Hiltz, and Ofc. Burris were also in attendance.

Due to the incoming weather we have decided to cancel the Heber Springs night out that was originally scheduled for Tuesday November 7th. We will reschedule and look to set a spring date ASAP! Thanks for understanding and being patient with us as we work to reschedule.

Our officers were honored to visit the Capitol today and visit with Governor Hutchinson! Pictured from left to right: Corporal Jeffery Hiltz, Officer Levy Burris, Corporal John Murphy, and Sergeant Lloyd White.

We would like to welcome the newest member of the Heber Springs Police Department family. Congratulations to Officer Burris and his family for the birth of his beautiful baby girl!

The Heber Springs Police Department has received numerous complaints so far this year. Our officers are working to enforce the laws concerning this issue. If you are one of these violators this is the only warning you will receive.

Our department wants to wish Detective Keith Douglass a very happy retirement! It was an honor to serve with you sir! We wish you the best in your next adventure!
