The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for help in identifying the suspect in these photos, who is wanted in connection with an aggravated robbery. The robbery occurred at Chapel Food Mart, 5901 Sulphur Springs Road, on August 25, 2018 around 9:00 p.m. The male entered into the store and held the clerk at gunpoint. The male then left the store with a safe with an unknown amount of money. We are aware the male is covered, but the clothing may look familiar. The Pine Bluff Police Department is saddened by the passing Of Mary Ann Breedlove Green, 80 of Pine Bluff. Ms. Green was the first female Pine Bluff Police Officer before going to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office to finish out a law enforcement career that spanned 25 years. 8-28-2018 Breaking or Entering of a Garage The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for help in identifying the suspect in these photos. The male is wanted for the crime of Breaking or Entering of a garage in the area of JRMC and the Pine Bluff Country Club. On August 26, 2018, the male could be seen on a video camera taking a propane tank, leaf blowers, a power washer and other items from the garage. PRESS RELEASE 08/27/2018 Gunfire Leaves One Dead and Three Injured At about 1:00 a.m. officers of the Pine Bluff Police Department responded to the area of 34th and Fir Streets in reference to shots fired in the area. While enroute the officers were directed to 2600 W 34th Ave in reference to someone having been shot. Officers arrived and found multiple people with gunshot wounds. One of the victims, a 36-year-old male, was dead on scene. Two victims with gunshot wounds left the scene and transported themselves to an undisclosed hospital in Little Rock. The fourth victim was transported by ambulance to JRMC in Pine Bluff with serious but not life threatening injuries. Based on information gathered to this point a vehicle approached the house and an occupant opened fire on victims that were outside. The investigation is in its early stages and detectives are conducting interviews. Names are withheld at this time pending further investigation and next of kin. PRESS RELEASE 08/26/2018 Morning Shooting Leaves One Dead On 08/26/2018 at about 10:16 a.m. officers responded to the area of 19th and Amis Street in reference to a shooting. When they arrived they found a male victim in a yard who had received several gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries shortly after going into surgery. At this time it appears three or four male subjects walked up from 18th Avenue and at least one of them began firing at the victim. They then fled on foot going east on 18th Avenue. A motive is unknown at this time. The victim’s name is being withheld until family notifications are made. The investigation is still early and Detectives are conducting interviews. A local resident was the victim of a burglary and the suspect can be seen in her home on the security camera. Anyone with information as to who this person is please contact the Detective Division at 870-730-2090.

The Shell gas station at 6708 Sulphur Springs was robbed just before midnight on July 21, 2018 by three males. Stills from the surveillance video are pictured below. Two of the males ran toward Scenic Drive and the other ran East on Sulphur Springs road. All three were on foot. Jalycia Luster, 17 YOA of Benton, was last seen on 7/10/18 after she left to go to a friend's house. She later returned and took her mother’s 2005 BMW 530 with temporary tags and is believed to be in the Pine Bluff area and may be in danger. Jalycia was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue pants and flip flops and has a small nose piercing. PRESS RELEASE Homicide Suspect Wanted 07/17/2018 The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking the public for help in locating 26-year-old Marquanthony Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan is wanted for Capital Murder. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in connection with the Murder of Lonnie Urquhart Jr. On 03/14/2018 Mr. Urquhart was shot in an apartment at 2920 S Fir St and died shortly thereafter while in surgery. Mr. Sullivan was developed as a suspect early in the investigation however he is still at large. A cash reward is available for information that leads to the arrest of Mr. Sullivan.
