***Update on FALSE ALARM at Camden Fairview High School*** The Camden Police Department would like to inform the public that no threat was ever made towards the school or anyone at the school. Early this morning there were posts on social media that alarmed the community regarding a claim that a threat had been made. After a full investigation, these allegations were totally unfounded and not true. No arrests were made and the school was not on lockdown. The Camden Police Department has a dedicated school resource officer that is inside the high school every day. To save further confusion, any questions or concerns should be directed to the Camden Police Department or the Camden Fairview School Administration

MEET OUR PET OF THE WEEK!! This is Batman...check out his ears and you’ll see how he got that name. He would like to leave the city pound and settle in a batcave so that he can fight crime, but will consider retirement if the right family comes along to spoil him with treats and cuddles. He is a black lab between 1 and 2 years old and he has a gentle soul. But like all superheroes, he likes to be the alpha and would best be suited for someone without other large dogs. Call 870-836-5755 to come visit him or any of our other amazing dogs!
