UPDATE: All is safe and secure at RV elementary school. The lockdown is systematically being lifted. We are doing all we can along with school staff to ensure the buses run on time. There may be a slight delay for students who are picked up or who leave on foot or bike. Please be patient as we work through this process safely. Expect to see an increased police presence at all RV schools this afternoon.
