The Pomona Police Department invites you to attend the Northwest Area Commander meeting on Wednesday, January 24th at 7pm at Ganesha Park Community Center- 1575 N. White Ave. Detective Steve Prentice will provide the community with a presentation on residential burglaries. Congratulations to Kingsley Elementary and Emerson Middle School Jr. Cadets Class #5 for graduating from the 12 week Cops 4 Kids program last night. We're so proud of each and every one of you! "The Cops 4 Kids Junior Cadet program provides an atmosphere of cooperation and encouragement that assists the Police Department with gaining a closer bond with the youth and citizens of the community."

Cops 4 Kids Academy Day! Our Jr. Cadets started their morning with a written test and then got a chance to to see demonstrations from our K-9 Unit, Motors and SWAT team. They then finished their day with fun outdoor games and activities. It was a fun day had by all!
