On January 9, 2018 Police Foundation of Colorado Springs (PFCS) and SHIELD616 presented 33 Colorado Springs Police Officers with new tactical vest packages designed to protect officers in active shooter and crowd control situations where officers may be facing high velocity weapons. This is the fifth time in nine months CSPD officers have received equipment purchased with donation from PFCS.
