Women's Self Defense Seminar - Now a FREE course! In this seminar you will learn basic protection skills and be introduced to Adult Self Defense. Students should keep in mind that this is a very physically interactive class. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate in the class. On Wednesdays from January 10 - February 27th, 2018 at 8:00-9:00 am experienced players will give instruction on • the setting up of the net • rules of the game • scoring • and general strategy After the lesson, beginners are encouraged to stay and join in games. Armed Robbery - On January 14, 2018 at approximately 1:21 a.m., an unknown male subject entered the Shell gas station located at 6812 W. Indiantown Road. The subject displayed a firearm and demanded money from the employee of the business. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the subject fled the area on foot. The subject is believed to be in his 30’s and of Asian Indian ethnicity with an accent. The subject’s face was partially covered during the robbery. He is approximately 5’6” tall with black hair and was wearing a blue hoodie type sweatshirt. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Jupiter Police Department at (561) 746-6201, or Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County at (800) 458-TIPS (8477). You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $3,000. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
