It shall be unlawful for any person to allow open burning, including, but not limited to, leaves, small branches, twigs, trees, paper, grass clippings, rubbish or any other type of vegetable matter at any place within the corporate limits of the village.

We have seen an increase of car burglaries to UNLOCKED vehicles. Please ensure that your vehicles are locked, keep all valuables out of sight, and keep those exterior lights on. If you observe anything suspicious, please call the dispatch center at 847-270-9111.
