Reminder to all those that are participating in the Polar Plunge and 5k Fun run to benefit Special Olympics. We will be having pre-registration on Friday 02/09/18 from 3pm-8pm at Crimson Villa's. This gives you the opportunity to come to the event site and turn in any funds that you have raised and get your wristband and shirt or incentive prize. This also makes it easier the day of the event so you don't have to mess with registration the day of. If you have any questions please contact Sgt. Chris Moore at the Pittsburg Police Department 620-231-1700. Online registration will close on Friday at around noon so anyone not signed up will have to register at the Plunge location (Crimson Villas).

#FugitiveArrest Officers located and arrested an individual wanted out of Nebraska earlier today in the 400 Block of West 6th Street. The individual was transported to the Crawford County Jail where he will await extradition back to Nebraska.
