We are investigating several recent burglaries/thefts involving mowers & tools taken from backyard storage sheds. Always lock your shed and consider using motion lights to illuminate anyone on your property after dark. To aid in identification if your property is stolen, mark items in a hidden location with a code number or word only you know. Call 911 immediately to report any suspicious persons especially if they are somewhere they are not supposed to be or they appear to be removing property. We can dispatch officers to determine if the person has legitimate reasons to be in the area or is up to no good. Help us catch a thief!
