We are sad to learn that Deputy Theresa King, has to, lost her life in the line of duty this morning in this senseless shooting. Prayers to the family, and Wyandotte County Sheriffs Office.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Deputy Rohrer and the Wyandotte County, Kansas Sheriff's Office. Another senseless shooting of a Law Enforcement Officer! Please say prayers for the other deputy injured in this shooting.

Osage City Police Department has taken several trailer theft reports in the last couple weeks. The trailers are being taken right out of citizens yards. Please I cant stress enough, lock your trailers up with a trailer lock, or chain your trailers. We are working dilegently on finding the subject(s) that are commiting these crimes. Remember to lock your vehicles, homes, garages and any valuables you may have. If you see anything suspicious, please call the Osage City Police Department IMMEDIATLY at 785-528-3131 or dial 911.
