It is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. Thank you to our dispatchers and operators for the hard work they do everyday.

On Tuesday, UMPD received a report of a male attempting to video a student in a restroom at Peik Hall (East Bank). The suspect is a white male, approximately 40, bigger build, blonde hair, scruffy beard, wearing a baseball cap, and a light green/beige jacket. The suspect was carrying a canvas style messenger bag. UMPD is actively investigating this incident. UMPD has not received reports of any other similar incidents. If you are aware of additional incidents or have information on the reported incident, please contact us at 612 624-2677.
