The Brookfield Police Department has received reports of a Telephone Scam. Someone has been calling citizens representing themselves as a member of the Brookfield Police Department soliciting money. The phone number on the caller ID has even been manipulated to show as our administrative line (660-258-3385). If you receive such a call, hang up immediately. The Brookfield Police Department is not and will not solicit funds from citizens in such a manner.
