For all those who answered โ€œyesโ€ you are correct! Town of Apex ordinance states: Sec. 20-160. - Side of vehicle to curb. No vehicle shall be parked either attended or unattended with its left side to the curb except on one-way streets where parking is permitted on the left side. (Ord. No. 2011-0419-03, ยง 1, 4-19-11; Ord. No. 2015-0317-12, ยง 26, 3-17-2015) Why do you ask?????? Parking with the left side to the curb creates a visibility and safety issue when trying to pull out. Parking with left side to the curb requires to you pull out facing traffic and crossing traffic which is unsafe. Park vehicles with right side to the curb only!
