Update on Bismarck Police Officer Involved in Shooting The Bismarck Police Officer who was involved in a shooting on October 15th has been medically cleared to return to work. In accordance with department policy he has been placed on restricted duty until the investigation by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is complete. 17 Year Old Runaway From Moorhead, MN believed to be in the Bismarck area. ***PLEASE SHARE*** Moorhead Police Department Post Date: 10/31/2017 The Moorhead Police and local law enforcement are asking for the public's assistance with locating a juvenile runaway. Sheyanne Dakota Butler (17 years old from Moorhead) ran away from home on April 16, 2017. Moorhead Police have exhausted investigative leads to find her, and suspect she possibly is in the Bismarck-Mandan area. There is no additional information that we can provide at this time as to where she may be, vehicle descriptions, or who she may be with. Sheyanne is approximately 5’7” tall and 120 pounds. We are requesting the public's help with locating Sheyanne Bulter and ask that anyone that may have helpful information call their local law enforcement agency.
