Crime Alert: At 6:42 Am today Officers were dispatched to the 7-11 Store for a hang up 911 call. While on the way to the store Officers were updated that a Robbery had just taken place. At 6:52 Am the individual was taken into custody at Center and Mainsgate Street. The 45 year old female from McKees Rocks was charged with Robbery, Terroristic Threats and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. While at District Court during arraignment the female attempted to flee the Court but was quickly apprehended before getting out of the building. She was arraigned and given a $10,000 cash bond and transported to the ACJ. Additional charges will be filed. The female was not armed except for a "finger gun" under the sweatshirt and she never got any cash.

The Verizon permit has been revoked. Call 911 if they are at your home. Those who were issued the permit were a 3rd party company and not Verizon employees.

SOLICITATION PERMIT ISSUED: Verizon FIOS has a permit thru Friday Feb 16 at 6pm. There are 3 sales people with copies of the permit, if asked they should be able to produce it. Hours of solicitation in our borough are 11am-6pm. If they knock after hours or cannot show the permit, please call 911.

One of the best ways for you to prevent crime is to know your neighbors. Join us on Friday for a meet and greet with the watch coordinators and local police. Ingram residency is NOT required.

A call was received today about putting things in the street to save your parking spot. This is not permitted. If seen it will be removed by the police and placed on the side of the road.
