Lyons was detained by store employees until police arrival at which time he was taken into custody for violating 18PaCS3929(a)(1) Retail Theft for which charges were filed with District Court 11-1-01. NATURE OF OFFENSE: Criminal Trespass DATE: 4-Jan-17 TIME: 16:00 hrs LOCATION: Riverside Dr VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: 32 y/o W/M; Wilkes-Barre, PA SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Defendant: Steven Matthew Thomas; 53 y/o W/M; Jefferson Twp, PA INCIDENT DETAILS: On Saturday 04NOV17 the complainant reported a suspicious male attempting to enter his residence by purporting himself to be an employee of a mortgage company who needed entry to take photos. The suspect was persistent and refused to comply with the complainant's demands he leave the property and went as far as attempt to access the rear of the residence before fleeing in a vehicle. The complainant was able to photograph the suspect and his vehicle after which officers were able to identify the suspect as Thomas. Thomas' conduct violated 18PaCS3503(b)(1)(i) Criminal Trespass for which charges were filed with District Court 11-1-01. LT 561

NATURE OF OFFENSE: Simple Assault DATE: 4-Nov-17 TIME: 11:54 hrs LOCATION: Carlisle St VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: 29 y/o W/F; Wilkes-Barre, PA SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Defendant: Samuel Ngadi; 27 y/o B/M; Wilkes-Barre, PA INCIDENT DETAILS: On Saturday 04NOV17 officers responded to a domestic dispute during which the complainant reported being strangled and threatened by Ngadi during the dispute. The complainant had visible marks to her neck area consistent with her statement. Ngadi was located at a nearby residence and taken into custody without incident. Ngadi's conduct violated 18PaCS2718(a) Strangulation, 18PaCS2701(a)(1) Simple Assault and 18PaCS2709(a)(1) Harassment for which charges were filed with District Court 11-1-01. LT 561

Stolen was a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber semi auto handgun model SW40VE; bearing serial number RBJ0996; and was valued at $328. LT 561

NATURE OF OFFENSE: Simple Assault DATE: 26-Oct-17 TIME: 17:16 hrs LOCATION: S Franklin St VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: 19 y/o B/M; Wilkes-Barre, PA SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Defendant: Robert F Bovolick; 36 y/o W/M; Kingston, PA Defendant: Annie Howell; 27 y/o W/F; Kingston, PA INCIDENT DETAILS: On Thursday 26OCT17 officers responded to a civil dispute between the complainant and Bovolick at which time both parties were advised of their options to resolve the issue. Shortly after officers departed the scene they were again dispatched to the same address for a physical altercation between the complainant and Bovolick, as officers were responding they were informed by 911 of two parties armed with firearms. Upon the second arrival of officers the scene and two firearms were secured by officers. Further investigation indicated Bovolick confronted the complainant and an altercation ensued during which Bovolick told Howell to secure her firearm at which time she drew a handgun from a holster on her hip. The complainant also secured a handgun and surrendered the firearm upon police arrival. No injuries were reported and the results of the investigation; with approval of the District Attorney's Office; indicated Bovolick and Howell violated 18PaCS2701(a)(1)(3) Simple Assault and 18PaCS5503(a)(1) Disorderly Conduct for which charges were filed with District Court 11-1-01. NATURE OF OFFENSE: Possession of a Controlled Substance DATE: 10/26/17 TIME: 0357 LOCATION: East South St. VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Commonwealth of PA SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Brandon UNDERKOFFLER, 29, w/m, W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: Officers responded to a report of a male acting disorderly in front of a residence. Subsequent to the investigation the suspect was found to be in possession of 21 marijuana plants inside his residence. Charges filed. 602

NATURE OF OFFENSE: Aggravated Assault DATE: 11/3/2017 TIME: 1648 hrs LOCATION: Govier St VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: Female age 36 SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Suspect: Brad James age 45 Wilkes-Barre INCIDENT DETAILS: Suspect stated that the suspect came to his garage over a dispute over the suspects daughter who was in the garage with the complainant, the daughter and the childs mother. Suspect then proceeded to kick the door in. Suspect was then met at the door as he attempted to enter by the complainat who had a hammer in his hand and did strike the suspect once in the head with it. The two then began to fight and the suspect was able to grab a pistol from the complainants holster. the suspect then fired one round toward the complainant. No one was hit by the round. Suspect then continued to point the loaded firearm at the complainant who retreated back into the garage. Suspect stayed in the driveway and was there when officers arrived. Suspect was arrested and transported to police headquarters to be processed. 573

NATURE OF OFFENSE: Fraud DATE: 11/3/2017 TIME: 1348 hrs LOCATION: North wWashington St VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: Female age 59 Wilkes-Barre INCIDENT DETAILS: Complainant came to police headquarters to report fraud on her checking account. She stated that there were three different checks made out to three different people of which she doesn't know. Total amount was $5294.40. She stated that she had paid others with the checks and was unsure how the three people had used the checks. 573

NATURE OF OFFENSE: Harassment DATE: 11/2/2017 TIME: 1628 hrs LOCATION: Moyallen St VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: Complainant: Female age 66 Wilkes-Barre SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Suspect: Deanna Johnson age 29 Wilkes-Barre INCIDENT DETAILS: Complainant stated she arrived at the Moyallen St property which she owns, to find a female known to her as the suspect was screaming at someone across the street. Complainant stated the suspect is not welcome at the location due to past incidents. Complainant stated that the suspect then approached her and appeared drunk or under the influence of drugs. Suspect got into the complainants face and screamed obscenities at her which caused her to fear for her safety and her grandchildrens safety. 573
