WBPD is seeking assistance in locating the following missing person: Allan RAMOS Age 16 Wilkes-Barre Black Male, 5’9”, 180 lbs, Brown Eyes, Black Hair Complainant reported she has not seen her 16 year old son since 0100 hrs. on 04-16-18. She reported she knows her son has been in the house since Monday because she smells the odor of burnt marijuana when she gets home from work and finds his dirty clothes in his room. WBPD is seeking assistance locating the following individual: Caidence MIDDLEMISS Age 12 Wilkes Barre, PA Black Female, 5'1" 100 lbs MIDDLEMISS did not return home and it is not known where she may have gone. Complainant stated this is approximately the 7th time MIDDLEMISS has done this and does eventually return home on her own. MIDDLEMISS was last observed wearing a purple coat, blue pants and black boots. She was carrying a yellow book bag. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or WBPD at 570 208 4200

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Retail Theft DATE: 04/18/2018 TIME: 1937 LOCATION: Boscov’s South Main Street VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Susan Sarin, 35, Edwardsville INCIDENT DETAILS: Suspect placed a bow valued at $7.99 and a three pack of underwear valued at $6.99 into her purse. Suspect proceeded to the check out to purchase a pair of pants, sandals and a shirt with a credit card. Charges to be filed.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property DATE: 04/17/2018 TIME: 1610 LOCATION: Sullivan and Franklin VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Donavan MACKEY, Age 23, Wilkes-Barre INCIDENT DETAILS: Suspect, while driving with a suspended license, hit an occupied vehicle and fled the scene. The warrants were executed without incident. The investigation is ongoing.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: DISCHARGING A FIREARM IRC NUMBER: 180078741 DATE: 4/17/2018 TIME: 2028 HRS LOCATION: WYOMING AND BEAUMONT STREET PERSONS INVOLVED: UNKNOWN B/M 5'7 150 LBS BROWN EYES WEARING A DARK HOODIE CARRYING A 9MM HANDGUN INCIDENT DETAILS: On April 17, 2018 at approximately 2028 hrs the Wilkes-Barre Police responded to the area of Wyoming and Beaumont Street in reference to a male walking down the street and shooting a handgun. The subject fired approximately 7 shots from a semi automatic handgun. At this point in time there were no known victims struck with gunfire and no known damage to any property. The unknown suspect fled the area on foot prior to patrol officers arrival and a search of the area for the suspect proved negative. The scene was processed by the State Police RNI unit and the area was searched by multiple jurisdictions. The investigation is ongoing by the Wilkes-Barre Detective Division and numerous leads are currently being followed up. NATURE OF OFFENSE: Aggravated Assault DATE: 04/18/18 TIME: 2225 LOCATION: South Main St. VICTIM(S) INVOLVED: 66 w/m SUSPECT(S) INVOLVED: Shawn KUHNS, 39, w/m, W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: Victim stated that he was assaulted by the suspect. That victim was observed with heavy swelling under his left eye, approximately the size of a baseball. swelling and dark bruising under his right eye along the orbital bone and that he had a bloody nose. The victim also indicated that his ribs were hurting him as a result of the assault. The suspect was located nearby in public. He was not wearing any underwear and his genitals were exposed to the public. The suspect was remanded to LCCF. 602

Mazur failed to comply with the officer's order to disperse and was therefore taken into custody for violating 18PaCS3503(a)(1)(i) Criminal Trespass for which charges were filed wtih District Court 11-1-02. The victim was taken to General Hospital to be medically evaluated. 655
