Borough Police are currently investigating the theft of an ATV that occurred between November 7th and November 8th.. The stolen ATV is a 2004 Honda Rancher 400 cc, red in color, similar to the one in the picture. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Borough Police at (570) 874-0238, or contact Schuylkill County Communications at (570) 462-1991.

On August 22, 2017 Frackville Borough Police were dispatched to the 200 block of North Railroad Ave for a fight in progress. When Police arrived on scene multiple persons were engaged in a physical fight. While obtaining information from all individuals, one male had fled the scene. During the fight, a juvenile did obtain injury from the fleeing actor. The following people were charged with disorderly conduct: Jessica Dennis, Matthew Elliss, and Matthew Yulick. Police were later notified that the unidentified male who fled did return to the scene. The actor Craig Neveu was then apprehended. Neveu is charged with one count Simple assault, five counts Disorderly conduct and one count of Harassment. All charges will be answered by MDJ Hale, Frackville.

Frackville Borough Police have filed charges on Roeny Dorville for two counts of Possession with intent to deliver, manufacture or delivery, one count Possession of a controlled substance, and one count of Possession of drug paraphernalia. Police have also filed charges on Roeny Dorville and Cassandra Hoats on a separate incident that occurred on July 27, 2017. Both were charged with ten counts Possession of drug paraphernalia, seven counts Possession of misbranded substance, and one count criminal trespass. All charges will be answered by MDJ Hale, Frackville.

On July 10, 2017 Borough police were called to assist an individual who was assaulted. Police arrived on scene speaking with the victim. The actor a Isreal Santiago did physically assault the victim during an argument, by punching the victim in the face and causing redness and bruising to the face and scratches to the victim’s arm. Santiago fled the scene, exited the home through a window, continuing to go from one roof top to another. Police were unable to locate Santiago at this time. Santiago is charged with Intimidation of a witness or victim, Simple assault, Harassment, Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief. All charges will be answered by MDJ Hale.

The Frackville Police will begin taking unwanted prescription medication beginning immediately. We received our locked and secured medication bin last evening. Please bring any and all medication to the police department for proper disposal.

Frackville Police are investigating a incident that occurred on 8/9/2017 at approximately 2232 Hrs to the rear of 101 E Chestnut St. A male victim reported he was stabbed in the stomach. The 43 yr old male victim was transported to Lehigh Valley south with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as a white male, mid 20s, scruffy beard, curly brown hair, approximately 120lbs last seen wearing a red shirt and dark colored jeans. FYI APG&E has workers going door to door in the borough soliciting for residents to switch electric compaines. They have obtained a solicitation permit from the borough. All employees are wearing blue shirts with the company logo on it.

Frackville Borough Police have filed charges on Linda M Garraway, 65 of Frackville following three separate incidents on July 11, 2017 and July 12, 2017 At 920pm July 11, 2017 police were called to the area of N Railroad Ave and E Spring St for a female screaming, yelling, and banging on doors and windows. Female was identified as Garraway and advised to go inside her residence or leave the area for the night. At 1046pm police were again called to the same area for a female yelling, screaming, banging on doors. Police again arrived and located Garraway laying on the front porch of a residence. Garraway was transported to a local hotel for the remainder of the night. Between 0500am - 0600am on July 12, 2017 the Schuylkill County Emergency Center received five 911 calls from Garraway while she was inside a hotel room reporting she was afraid for her life. Police arrived spoke to Garraway and during investigation learned that no persons were inside her room or around the general area. Garraway was asked to leave by hotel staff numerous times and refused. Garraway was arrested and removed from the premises by police after refusing to leave. Garraway is charged with two summary counts of disorderly conduct for incident one and two. Garraway is charged with criminal trespass, abuse of emergency telephone services, disorderly conduct, harassment, and resisting arrest for incident three. All charges are filed at MDJ Hales' office in Frackville.
