Help us congratulate our new Lieutenant, Lieutenant Pietsch! He has been serving the Addison community for ten years, we are very proud of his accomplishments!

Our dispatchers fill a critical roll each and every day that all too often goes unrecognized. They are the calm voice on our radios during chaos. They are the first one to answer your emergency call. When the first responders come to your aid with lights and sirens, that same dispatcher leaves you feeling safe and moves on to answering our radio transmissions. Their work is never done. Join us on thanking our NTECC Dispatchers and recognizing all Dispatchers this National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week. #NTECC #AddisonTx #AddisonPD North Texas Emergency Communication Center - NTECC

Addison PD wishing you a Happy Easter! May today, and every day, bring you peace and love.

Today we said our last good-bye's to a dear good friend, a great man. Don Greene was our quartermaster from 2000-2015, worked for the town a total of 27 years . He would always do his best to get the officers what they needed and to keep our building in shape. He is often remembered by driving his pickup into work in the early morning; and being outside blowing the leaves in the parking lot along with his pipe as he waved good bye to the night shift and said good morning to the day shift. Don was a kind man who could make any one laugh and always had impressive stories about his youth, and kind stories about his family. We will miss Don Buddy Greene very very much.
