No one in the store claimed him as theirs. He appears to be 3-4 years old. He loves flashlights and loves repeating back to us whatever we say to him. 6:44 a.m. update: Marsh Lane reopened. ROAD CLOSED/WITNESSES SOUGHT: Major Accident/Hit and Run @ 4000 Block of Marsh Lane- Officers were dispatched to this location early Sunday morning in reference to a man lying in the middle of the road with extensive injuries. When officers arrived they found evidence indicating that the man had been struck by a vehicle, including locating a silver Toyota logo that is usually located on the front of a vehicle. Suspect vehicle is likely a 2010-2013 Toyota 4Runner. Officers are still investigating the incident at this time and are asking any witnesses to come forward. Call (972) 466-3333.

1:50 p.m. UPDATE: FOUND! Ms. Leard has been located in Keller. She is unharmed and is being reunited with her family. Thank you for your concern and shares. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MISSING: Have you seen Mary Leard? Leard was last seen last night around 8:00 pm in North Carrollton and stated she was going to Macy’s at Willowbend Mall. She is 83 years old, 5’10, 110 lbs, with long salt and pepper hair. Last seen wearing blue jeans and red/white/blue sweatshirt. Leard is driving a gold 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Van TXLP: FKX4401 possibly has a handicap placard on rear view mirror. She has exhibited signs of dementia but has not been diagnosed. Please call 911 if you see her, or (972) 466-3333 with any non-emergency tips that may help the investigation.

BURGLARS CAUGHT! Our thanks to the 911 caller who alerted us to a possible home burglary in progress on Chamberlain Drive this morning. She was right. A-shift patrol officers responded, chased, and caught three armed juveniles who are likely responsible for other break-ins in the area as well. If you live in the area south of Rosemeade, west of Josey, please check your home and vehicles and call us at (972) 466-3333 if you've been victimized.

Mr. Bill Alden has attended every Coffee with a Cop. At each one, he makes sure to get his picture taken with the Chief. He couldn’t make it today, so he sent his daughter in his place. But Chief Miller didn’t want to break Bill’s streak so...

UPDATE: We have cleared from campus. Incident resolved. No arrests at this time, but investigation continues. REGARDING HARMONY SCHOOL: We are on the Carrollton campus at this hour investigating girl's bathroom graffiti referencing "school shooting". We have narrowed suspects and do not believe there is any real threat. The school is keeping students in place while we investigate.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS MAN? We'd love to chat with him about the robbery of a customer outside the Flamingo Beer & Wine Convenience Store, 1107 S Josey Ln, at around 7:15 p.m. on February 9th, 2018. The victim took some money out the Bank of America ATM moments prior to making a purchase at Flamingo. As the victim was scratching a lottery ticket just outside the business, the suspect hit him with an unknown object and attempted to take money from his pocket.
