Dallas Officer Arrested

Michael Warner has been arrested for the shooting death of Francisco Munoz Jr. We have to thank several members of the public for coming forward and identifying Michael Warner as the suspect seen in the surveillance video.

Mr. Asencion Cardona has been located and is safe.

Roll Call of Honor Officer Gary Reeves Blair Badge: 4500 End of Watch: March, 20, 1986 Age: 30 Corporal Gary Blair was shot and killed with his own weapon after making a traffic stop. The person he stopped exited his vehicle and a struggle ensued. A second man exited the vehicle and began to help the first man. The first man gained control of Corporal Blair's handgun and shot him in the neck. Corporal Blair was able to access his backup gun and shot and killed the suspect as well. The second man was not convicted in Corporal Blair's murder. Corporal Blair had been with the agency for five years. He was survived by his daughter and fiancée.

Roll Call of Honor Sergeant Donald F. Flusche, Jr. Badge: 3305 End of Watch: March, 17, 2001 Age: 50 Sergeant Donald Flusche died eight years after being involved in an accident while responding to a felony in progress. During the response his cruiser struck a patch of water on the roadway and went into a creek. A ride along in his vehicle was killed instantly. Sergeant Flusche never regained consciousness after the accident. The accident occurred exactly 20 years to the day after he began his career, and he was officially retired from the department two years later, when it was determined he would not recover from his injuries. He succumbed to his injuries on his 50th birthday. Sergeant Flusche is survived by his wife, two adult children, parents, and two brother
