CHAMPIONS!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! Halloween Safety: Remember CANDY, COSTUMES, CARS! CANDY--Parents should accompany children while trick-or-treating and check all candy. Do not approach unknown, dark areas or homes obviously not participating. Do not eat too much candy tonight! COSTUMES--Costumes should fit and allow for adequate vision. Carry a flashlight with new/charged batteries. Have a cell phone handy for quick communication. CARS--pedestrian injuries are the #1 cause of injury on Halloween. Cross streets in well lit, designated areas and in groups, if possible. Do not assume cars will see trick-or-treaters. Do not assume that if one car stop, others will also stop. Have a great time!!

A big thanks to First Financial Bank for their lunch for first responders. We appreciate the support!

Tonight was Lobsterfest 2017 at The Lonestar Convention & Expo Center in Conroe. The event was hosted by Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce. We would like to thank Matt Davis with Conroe Regional Medical Center for donating steak and lobster to feed our on-duty personnel. The food was excellent! We were able to feed our personnel and deliver quite a bit of lobster and steak to the Montgomery County Women’s Center for their enjoyment. Your generosity and thoughtfulness blessed the displaced victims of domestic violence along with our hard working personnel. #conroeregionalmedicalcenter

A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to our community for their overwhelming support during Hurricane Harvey. We have been fed and well cared for since day one and continue to be humbled by the support we have received. Most of our Trooper friends have been dispatched further south and our officers are back on their regular shifts. We have meals, water and supplies to get us through the weekend. Starting Monday, the entire police department begins our diet, so we may shed the weight of the many delicious meals, snacks and desserts! Again, Thanks to our community! Together we have weathered this storm and come out an even better community! #HurricaneHarveycantbringusdown #Conroestrong #Strongertogether

Yummy!!!

The Conroe Police Department would like to thank our community for their overwhelming support as we work through this difficult time together. The notes of appreciation, snacks, meals and small items, such as dry socks, have brought encouragement to our officers. CPD has opened our doors to nearly 50 DPS troopers as they extend assistance to our neighbors to the south. We greatly appreciate the donation of meals that have been offered at this time. Please contact the police department at 936-522-3200 in an effort to coordinate donations. Our DPS brothers and sisters are utilizing our department as a home base while they work 12 hour shifts. We would like to cooridinate the donated meals, so the officers have a hot meal at needed times. Again, a sincere appreciation to our community. Together we are stronger!

There are several streets in Conroe experiencing high water. Some roads are closed and some are not closed but water is over the roadway. Please use extreme caution when traveling through Conroe. We are still asking that you stay at home unless absolutely necessary. You can go to the City of Conroe web site for a list of closures.

Clear Conroe Animal Shelter spay/neuter weekend!

Huge thanks to West Conroe Baptist church for providing lunch for us today through their Cross Conroe outreach!!
