12/11/17-12/25/17 Incidents

Over the weekend of December 8th - 10th we had a string of automobile burglaries in the Santaquin area. Due to the nature of these crimes, we firmly believe the crimes involve local juveniles. There are several guns and other weapons missing, along with other miscellaneous items commonly found in vehicles (i.e. phone chargers, loose change, electronics, etc.). We are asking for the public's help by having you check around your homes, garages, and sheds to see if there is any property not belonging to you. If you happen to find something that does not belong to you, we would ask you to contact the police immediately at 801-794-3970. We also want to remind everyone to minimize the valuables left inside your vehicles, as well as double check and keep all your vehicles and homes locked at all times. Most burglaries are preventable if the vehicle or home is kept locked when unattended. Thank you for your assistance and Happy Holidays!!
