Congratulations go out to Officer Miles French for being awarded Officer of the Month! On February 13th, Ofc French conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a fictitious license plate. During the course of his investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle driver had an extensive drug history and multiple warrants for arrest. Upon making contact with the occupants, Ofc French observed the driver to put a cheeseburger box away quickly. Canine Ofc Dickson arrived on scene and, upon running the canine around the vehicle, received a positive alert. Ofc French searched the vehicle and located a baggie of suspected Methamphetamine hidden inside of a cheeseburger in the cheeseburger box. Through observation, attention to detail, and thinking outside of the box, Ofc French was able to remove narcotics from the streets of Malvern. Great work Officer French!
