Deputies arrest three suspects for burglary in Adamana
Holbrook, AZ: On May 18, 2018, A NCSO Sergeant responded to a report of two residential burglaries in the 9300 block of Stonetree Rd in Adamana. Upon arriving in the area, he made contact the reported victim. The victim showed the sergeant photos of tire and shoe impressions.
A short time later the Sergeant located two subjects (Eric Soke and Robert Moyle) in a vehicle in the area. The tire tread matched to photos he was shown along with the shoes Robert was wearing. Robert gave the sergeant a false name because he had a suspended license and was placed under arrest. During the inventory of the vehicle, the sergeant located a Marijuana Pipe and stolen property from the victim’s residence. Both subjects were then arrested.
Later in the day, the Sergeant drafted and obtained a search warrant on Robert’s home residence located in the Adamana. More items of stolen property were recovered. Roberts girlfriend, Stephanie Shelburn arrived at the residence and was questioned about the stolen items.
After further investigation, it was also found Stephanie and Eric had pawned some of the stolen property at a pawn shop in Holbrook a couple of days prior.
Three suspects were identified in this investigation.
On May 21, 2018, another search warrant was served at Robert and Stephanie’s residence to recover more stolen property from another recent burglary in the area.
All three suspects were booked in to the Navajo County Jail. For the below listed charges. Shelburn was released and Moyles bond was 25,000 secured bond and Soke’s was 500.00 secured.
