The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers who use State Route 89 in Prescott to plan for overnight road closures while contractors are installing new drainage pipes across the roadway. • SR 89 will be closed in both directions from Deep Well Ranch Road to State Route 89A from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday nights, beginning Sunday, Nov. 4, and continuing through the early morning hours of Thursday, Nov. 22. Detour: Drivers can use Deep Well Ranch Road to access north- and southbound SR 89. All truck traffic will be diverted to Willow Creek Road. • Flaggers will be in place directing traffic. ADOT will limit access to local traffic only, but delays are possible. • Drivers are asked to obey traffic control devices and use caution around construction personnel and equipment. Well, the month of October is almost over, which means that our Pink Patch Project is coming to a close. We would like to thank everyone that has generously supported this great endeavor. We have 2 more events scheduled today, where you may see and purchase these beautiful patches. We will be at the Prescott Chamber of Commerce open house from 10:30-1130 this morning then at YRMC West campus from 12:15-1:00. The Prescott PD lobby also has patches available.

The Prescott PD celebrated the career of Officer Ryan Ehlert today. Ryan retired today after serving the City of Prescott for 20 years.
