Unshaven Officers? Don’t be alarmed! “No-Shave November” and “Movember” are organizations devoted to men’s health: cancer prevention and more. For the month of November, Officers will be allowed to let their facial hair grow to support the cause. We’ll likely get some photos along the way and post them here. I hope all of you will support this cause as well to include maybe cheering on the best and maybe worst or unusual beards. Feel free to get a selfie with our officers if they’re not in the middle of handling a call for service and post it as well. Near the last day of November before we all go clean-shaven again, BPD Command Staff will be giving some sort of prize to the best beard (whatever that means) and maybe some other prizes too. Thanks! Ted #movember, #noShaveNovember
