This morning, Sheriff Rick Staly recognized integral members of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) as well as the over 100 volunteers who dropped what they were doing on the afternoon of September 25th and joined deputies to search for missing and endangered child Rickey Wheeler.

The FCSO motor team brought home the trophies in the VCSO Motor Skills Challenge. This charity event supports the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches. Thank you to all that participated. The competion was tough but FCSO came home with the gold! Deputy Gonzalez won 1st in novice, Cpl. Vedder won 1st in expert, Deputy Celico won 2nd in expert and Deputy Wood won 3rd in novice. Congratulations to all.
