A special thank you to all of our Trunk Or Treat participants. We had a great time and a wonderful turnout! We would like to congratulate Studio 16 and BorgWarner for winning the "People's Choice" and "Chief's Choice" awards this year.

Next Saturday is our Trunk or Treat!!! Join us on the Breidert Green in downtown Frankfort from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Afterwards, stick around for the FHBA's "Ghosts on the Green Event".

Do you have questions about security cameras? There will be a 10:20 security camera seminar at the TRIAD Health Expo/Flu Clinic this Wednesday, September 19th. The expo is located at the Founders Center, 140 Oak Street from 9 a.m. -11 a.m. Other reasons to attend: * Get your flu shot and other vaccines- Mariano's Pharmacy * Health Screenings * Free Sit and Be Fit Class from 9:15-10:15 * Local Vendors * Secretary of State Office there for license renewals * Raffle Prizes, Refreshments, and More! On 09/12/18 at 5:44 pm, a theft of wallet occurred at the 22300 Block of S. La Grange Rd in Frankfort. The suspect is depicted above wearing a short sleeve flannel shirt and blue jeans. The subject was observed leaving in a silver or white colored 1999-2004 convertible mustang with unknown registration depicted above. It appears there was damage on the front bumper underneath the passenger side headlight. If anyone has information regarding the pictured suspect, please contact the Frankfort Police Department at (815)469-9435.

On 09/05/2018 at 5:55 p.m. a purse was stolen out of a shopping cart in a business plaza near Lincoln Hwy and LaGrange Rd. This occurred while the victim was unloading their shopping cart. Video surveillance was obtained of the suspects who attempted to use the victim's credit cards. If anyone has information on the identification of the suspects pictured, please contact Frankfort Police Detective Mineo at (815)469-9435.
