On Sunday, November 4, 2018, Sheriff Boston Hensley and Deputy Jacob Hodges arrested Aaron Murphy, age 34, of 3075 Aetna Furnace Highway, Magnolia, Kentucky, for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. The arrest is a result of a complaint on November 2, 2018, of a discharge of a firearm after a KU employee disconnected electrical service at Murphy’s residence. Murphy was located and identified on a traffic stop in the Linwood area and was lodged in the Hart County Jail.

According to Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Monday, October 29, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Deputies John Warnock and Jacob Hodges received a complaint of a possible burglary in progress in the Bonnieville area. The suspect was located on J. Riggs Road where the his vehicle had left the roadway went through two fences before entering a pond. Timmy D. Riordan, age 62, of 106 Creek Road, Bonnieville, was standing beside the sinking vehicle in the pond attempting to swallow what was later identified as methamphetamine. Deputy Warnock took Riordan into custody removing him from the pond. Riordan was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, two counts of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, and Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol 1st before being taken for treatment by Hart County EMS to The Medical Center at Caverna. Riordan was released and lodged in Hart County Jail. Hart County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Hart County EMS and Bonnieville Fire Department.

According to Hart County Sheriff’s Office, on Monday, October 22, 2018, Hart County Deputy Wes England was traveling on east on Hardyville Road when a deer struck the cruiser on the passenger side of the vehicle. Sheriff Boston Hensley was first on scene of the accident. Deputy England was taken to Caverna Hospital, treated for minor injury and released. Hart County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Hardyville Fire Department and Hart County EMS.

According to Sheriff Boston Hensley, during the week on October 15, 2018, the following warrants were served by Hart County Sheriff’s Office: Michael A. Reynolds, age 33, 707 Campground Road, Bonnieville, Kentucky, was arrested on Hart County Indictment Warrant and was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking $500 or more but less than $10,000, and Persistent Felony Offender I. Reynolds was lodged in the Hart County Jail. Jeffery O. Clancy, age 37, 2241 Grand Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested on a Jefferson County Circuit Bench Warrant for Trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8 oz.) 1st offense, Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Cocaine), and Probation Violation (for Felony Offense). Clancey was also served a Jefferson County Circuit Bench Warrant for Probation Violation for felony offense. Clancy was lodged in Hart County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Saturday, October 13, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office was notified by Hart County Jailers that a female from Louisville would possibly be dropping off drugs for inmates at Hart County Jail. During the investigation, it was found that Bethany D. Warren had left 5 baggies of marijuana and five cans of smokeless tobacco for inmates. Bethany D. Warren, age 25, 432 Inglewood Drive, Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with Promoting Contraband 1st Degree. Warren was lodged in the Hart County Jail. Hart County Deputies were assisted by Hart County Jail.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Wednesday, October 11, 2018, KSP Post 3 Dispatch reported an abandoned vehicle on JC Jones Road, Hardyville, Kentucky. Sheriff Boston Hensley, Deputy Bruce Neville and Munfordville Police Chief Greg Atwell responded to the complaint. Brandon Wease, age 36, 1306 Mammoth Cave Road, Cave City, Kentucky, and Kalyn Huff, age 21, 1104 Colombia Avenue, Glasgow, Kentucky, were arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, Methamphetamine, more than 2 grams. Wease was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. After further investigation, Matthew McMahon, age 34, 4179 Three Springs Highway, Hardyville, Kentucky was arrested by Sheriff Boston Hensley at his residence for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Methamphetamine, more than 2 grams. All three were lodged in the Hart County Jail.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, Hart County Sheriff’s Deputies executed the following Hart County Indictment Warrants during the week of October 1, 2018: Jeanna Jewell, age 34, 1352 Walker Stewart Rd., Horse Cave, Kentucky, is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking Auto $500 or more but less than $10,000, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct 1st Degree, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, and Persistent Felony Offender I. Jewell was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $50,000 Cash Bond. Kenneth Vibbert, age 59, 9592 Old Bowling Green Rd., Park City, Kentucky, is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Meth, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Careless Driving, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Vibbert was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $100,000 Cash Bond. Kyle Nathan Reynolds, age 35, AA Whitman Road, Munfordville, Kentucky, was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. Reynolds was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $5,000 Cash Bond. Virginia E. Decker, age 29, 3097 N Jackson Highway, Canmer, Kentucky, is charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking $500 or more but less than $10,000. Decker was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $5,000 Cash Bond. Roger L. Moore, age 33, 6673 Peonia Road, Clarkson, Kentucky, is charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree on foot. Moore was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $9,500 Cash Bond. Tiras L. Mitchell, age 33, AA Whitman Rd, Munfordville, Kentucky, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 3rd or more Offenses, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana. Mitchell was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $9,500 Cash Bond. Brandon W. Parker, age 38, 2035 Boyds Knob Road, Munfordville, Kentucky, is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 or more but under $100,000, Intimidating a Participant in a Legal Process, and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Parker was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $65,000 Cash Bond. Ashley Gallman, age 29, 918 Old Mammoth Cave Road, Cave City, Kentucky, is charged with Escape 2nd Degree. Parker was lodged in Hart County Jail on a $5,000 Cash Bond. Malcolm Booher, age 37, 12346 Hardyville Road, Canmer, Kentucky, was also arrested on a Probation Violation for a felony offense. Booher was lodged in Hart County Jail no bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Friday, September 28, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Circuit Warrant of Arrest on Brandon Westover, age 36, 493 Finney Road, Glasgow, Kentucky. Westover was charged with Probation Violation stemming from previous charges of, Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree. Westover was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $9,500 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Indictment Warrant on Jessica L. Ransom, age 26, 4552 Cub Run Hwy., Munfordville, Kentucky. Ransom was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. Ransom was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Indictment Warrant on Eric Brant, age 51, 4375 Macon Kessinger Rd., Munfordville, Kentucky. Brant was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking. Brant was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $9,500 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Indictment Warrant on Scott E. Nevitt, age 56, 3310 Rainview Circle, Louisville, Kentucky. Nevitt was charged with Assault 4th Degree Minor Injury and Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree. Nevitt was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond.

Brown, age 25, 715 Payne Road, Rock Island, Tennessee. Brown was charged with Promoting Contraband, 1st Degree. Brown was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Indictment Warrant on Chris Jewell, age 41, 2835 Fairview Church Pascal Road, Hardyville, Kentucky. Jewell is charged with Theft By Failure to Make Required Disposition of Property, more than $500 but less than $10,000. Jewell was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Hart County Indictment Warrant on Thelma J Hawkins, age 20, 12601 Cub Run Hwy., Cub Run, Kentucky. Hawkins was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree. Hawkins was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $9,500 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed two Hart County Indictment Warrants. Daniel L. Deavers, age 50, 941 J.L. Thomas Rd, Bonnieville, Kentucky was arrested and charged with Cultivating Marijuana, 5 or more plants, 1st Offense. Deavers was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5000 cash bond. Phillip Dunagan, age 31, 117 Kathleen Ave., Horse Cave, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and two counts of Assault 4th Degree, Domestic Violence with minor injury. Dunagan was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $9,500 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Monday, August 20, 2018, Hart County Sheriff’s Office executed a Woodford County Indictment Warrant on Nicholas Batts, age 21, 644 Galata Drive, Lexington, Kentucky. Batts is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Cocaine), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Persistent Felony Offender II. Batts is lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on Friday, August 17, 2018, Hart County Deputies arrested Stephan W. Self, age 37, 990 North Dixie Hwy Apt. #2, Horse Cave, on a Hart County Indictment Warrant. Self was charged with three counts of Distribution of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor, 1st Degree. Self was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 cash bond.

According to Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, on August 3, 2018, Hart County Sheriff's Office received a complaint of a stolen vehicle from Walker Stewart Rd. Jeanna Jewell, age 34, 1352 Walker Stewart Rd., Horse Cave, KY, was arrested for theft by unlawful taking auto $500 or more, but less than $10,000, disorderly condust 1st degree, resisting arrest, and alcohol intoxication. Jewell was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of $5000.00 cash bond. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
