UPDATE - 911 BACK ONLINE. Thanks to everyone that shared this! STOP! READ and SHARE. All Emergency 911 service is out in Allen and Collin County. All calls to Allen PD need to use the Non-Emergency Number until further notice. This includes ALL Police and Fire/Medical Emergencies. A team is currently working on the issue and we will notify everyone through an Update on this post! Please don’t try to call 911 at this time. This will only slow down the repair efforts and increase unnecessary call volume when the repair is made. Allen Non-Emergency Number 214-509-4321
