We are trying to clear up a little misinformation. There has not been a curfew ordered for the City Perry. There was a curfew ordered following this morning’s mandatory evacuation of our coastal, low lying areas from Steinhatchee to the Aucilla River. This curfew is only for areas that are under a mandatory evacuation order. Once again - There is not a curfew in place for any areas in the City of Perry. The curfew for the coastal and low lying areas will be in effect from 10:00 PM tonight until sunrise tomorrow morning. Law Enforcement will allow residents with identification to continue moving and securing their property but non-residents will not be allowed to enter these communities.
