Prior to arrival, units were advised by an anonymous caller that they noticed males carrying televisions to suspicious vehicles parked in the area. The caller provided a description of the perpetrators and their vehicles. Fulton County Police units swarmed the area. In a combined effort, units located the two OCCUPIED vehicles matching the description of the vehicles involved in the burglary. Using extreme caution, Fulton County Police units pursued the vehicles. By working together, our officers apprehended and arrested two of the three perpetrators!!!!!! We are pleased to report that no officers were injured or property damaged in this pursuit. It is with a heavy heart that we reflect on the life and legacy of Mr. Wayne Wright. Mr. Wright was a highly respected leader of the Fulton County Code Enforcement Team, who served his community for over twenty years. He was a kind yet stern leader who developed a team of skilled code enforcement officers. In the community, Mr. Wright was a pillar of knowledge. With a heart of gold, he was ALWAYS willing to help. After taking ill, Mr. Wright continued to fight for others and helped aid a smooth transition of services from Fulton County to the City of South Fulton. Thank you Mr. Wright for your service, mentorship, and dedication to the Fulton County Police Department and Fulton County Code Enforcement. You will truly be missed! With heavy hearts, we reflect on the life of Code Enforcement Team Leader Stanley β€œStan” Fletcher, Sr. Mr. Fletcher was a highly respected code enforcement officer who provided selfless service to the citizens of Fulton County for over twenty years. With a warm smile, Mr. Fletcher never met a stranger. He was always willing to assist and was determined to be the agent of change in the community. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!******** On August 16, 2017, two black males, later identified as 20 year old Dykevious Rich and 21 year old Stanley McDonald went on a Robbing spree in Atlanta, East Point and the City of South Fulton. The two males were driving a black Chevrolet Malibu. A subdivision where one of the crimes was committed had video surveillance and a tag reader that captured the license plate of the vehicle that the suspects were driving. The Fulton County Police Criminal Investigation Division began an immediate investigation and both suspects were subsequently identified. Stanley McDonald was located and is currently in the East Point Jail charged with Armed Robbery. Dykevious Rich currently has outstanding warrants for Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. As this investigation continues, more charges are likely forthcoming. Please do not attempt to apprehend, please contact 911 or your local police department. On August 07, 2017 at approximately 4:14 PM, Fulton County Police responded to a person shot in the Oakley Township subdivision. Upon arrival, officers located victim Soloman Williams, who had been wounded at his residence. Williams was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Detectives canvassed the area and were able to locate surveillance footage which captured the suspect in the area at the time of the incident. During the investigation of this senseless crime, arrest warrants were obtained for Dexter β€œPooh” Hubbard for following charges: Murder, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime, Aggravated Assault, and Cruelty to Children in the First Degree. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts or information regarding Dexter β€œPooh” Hubbard, please contact Fulton County Police Confidential Tip Line at 404-613-6529.
