Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

2 Corinthians 5:14 - 15 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

Ephesians 1:7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.

Psalm 14:1 Psalm 14For the director of music. Of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does.

Isaiah 53:5 - 6 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way;and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Isaiah 53:3 - 4 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.

2 Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

1 Timothy 2:5 - 6 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.

Psalm 62:7 My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.

Good Friday John 3:16 For God loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life. As we give honor to God for His love of mankind, let us occupy this day to focus on the sacrifice of Jesus. Understand the pain and suffering he endured on our behalf. Without his sacrifice, our lives would be a useless plug laying on the floor without connection to its power source. His death allows us to have forgiveness from God and the opportunity to have everlasting life. Oh, "what a friend we have in Jesus." As you go through your day, think about what life would be without the blood of Jesus and the cross he carried on our behalf. Brethren, take this day to clear your minds of all things and focus on the love God had for the world. God sent us a Savior. He did send Jesus for the fallen angles, He specifically sent Jesus for a fallen mankind. Enjoy your Good Friday!!!!!!!! Blessings Marshal Greg Countryman

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Preparing For The Crown James 1:12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. There is nothing easy about enduring the pressures of the world. Many would chose to never have to deal with stress or anxiety. As believers, understand we will face various adversities. The question we must ponder, will we pass God's test of getting through the levels of adversities? When we're tested as believers for Christ sake, there is a reward of a crown for passing the test. This is not your typical crown for wining race or a game. The crown I'm referring to is one that is incorruptible, one will not fade, but one that will give the winner God's glory of eternal life. No other crown can compare to this crown. Brethren, be mindful of not falling to pressures of man who cannot "direct their own footsteps." Chose the statues of God. Don't give in under to a minute long adversity to gain favor with man and loose an everlasting moment with God. You have the free will to chose the crown you plan to compete for. Let's all compete for the crown of God's glory! Prepare your heart. Blessings Marshal Greg Countryman

Ephesians 6:10 - 11 The Armor of God Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”

1 Peter 2:2 - 3 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good

Galatians 5:22 - 23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

The Blessings In Trusting Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. The God of hope is Jehovah God, the one and only true God. There is no other like Him. He is the God of hope, with a proven track record. He resurrected Jesus from the dead. He saved Noah and his family. He even delivered His people out of Egypt. Think about the joy and peace they must have experienced in watching the move of God. Trusting Him simply means, knowing Him. Once you know Him and His ways, you understand how to trust in Him and hope in Him therefore, walking in His authority. In times of advertises, there's still hope in Him through His Son Jesus Christ. There is a saying "Got milk." The idea is, drinking milk makes the bones stronger and makes you grow. "Got God," will allow your heart to become stronger in Him, so you may grow in understanding Him as your God. He is the true grantor of joy and peace. God does not do things small, He does things in major ways so you may share His glory with others. Today, think about something God has done in your life through your faith in Him. Share it with others, so that they may seek to know Him and experience the same. Blessings Marshal Greg Countryman

Our Shepherd Psalm 23:1 - 3 A psalm of David. The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Jesus, by gift of his Father for payment of our sins has been given the rulership of His sheep. David referred to God as his good shepherd. Through Christ, our needs are met. We are clothed in his righteousness therefore, we have an abundance when we call upon his name in the will of God. As our good shepherd, Jesus wants his sheep to be forever close to him. We must stay close to Jesus in our prayers, actions and in our worship to his Father in the body of Christ. Jesus loves us so much, he commands his earthly shepherds to go after his lost sheep that have strayed from the church. He wants us safe and close to him, so he can protect us spiritually and physically. Today, take time to imagine how much Jesus, our Lord and Savior loves you. Tell him you are grateful for his sacrifice, because through his death, we have life abundantly. I am eternally grateful for Jesus Christ. Prepare your hearts. Blessings Marshal Greg Countryman

What I Meant To Say Proverbs 18:13 He who answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to him. I once heard a wise man say, "I never knew how dumb he was, until he opened his mouth." The above scripture indicates the same. Too often, we have some who attempt to curry favor for self gain. They seek acceptance for desired outcomes. Some will say what is satisfying to the ears of others without knowing all the facts. It shows a lack of wisdom. It reminds me of the salesman telling the customer, we have not had any for a while. The manager dashes over to tell the customer, "we have it, if not, we can order it." When the manager ask the salesman what is it we have not had in a while? The salesman tells the manager, "rain." Today, be slow to speak and quick to seek understanding. A closed mouth sometimes says a lot. Prepare your hearts. Blessing Marshal Greg Countryman

No One Like Jesus Acts 4:10,12 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Who among man can grant you salvation, grace, and unconditional love through their death? Moreover, who among us has been risen from the dead for all to see the power of your father who resides in heaven? The answer is, no one but Jesus. Jesus is our antidote to our salvation. His name is the completion to our prayers for his Father to hear us. Without Jesus, we would have experienced death and only death, with no other opportunities. Through Jesus, we gain the opportunity to have everlasting life under his rulership. "Oh what a friend we have in Jesus." Just as Jesus has shown us his love, we in turn are to show our love to our brothers and sisters in Christ. We must walk with the love of Jesus in our hearts, so we may be a blessing to others as Jesus has been a blessing to us. Prepare your hearts. Blessings Marshal Greg Countryman

Acting Like Your Daddy John 8:44"You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies." Do you ever recall someone using the term, "he's acting just like his daddy?" That could be bad if you're acting like Satan, the father of the lie and confusion. He showed his first act of the lie and confusion with Adam and Eve. He used smooth talk and confusion to take them from their purpose and destiny. Do you know of people who try to package something to sound so great, yet it's full of deception? When you see this, tell them, you're acting just like your daddy. Those who practice this are referred to as "children of Satan." Brethren, lying with impunity is not a good thing. Scripture say, "Liars will not inherit God's kingdom." Today in your journey, be careful of those who attempt to deceive you. Watch those who seek to tell you a half truth, to carry out their "whole lie." Especially those among you in authority. Listen carefully to what's said, more importantly, listen to what's not being said to get the whole truth. Anything short of that, their acting like their daddy. Bretheren, guard your hearts.
