The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information concerning damage caused by a vehicle at the Sidney park. The damage possibly occurred on the evening of 10/16/2018 or the morning of 10/17/2018. Several concrete poles and a sign were damaged. The vehicle connected with the case would have damage to the front of the vehicle, including a headlight. Anyone with information please contact the Sheriff's Office at 712-374-2424.

Information has been released reference a prolonged investigation into a fraud that occurred in Fremont County.

Marcus Pierce has been arrested by the Omaha Police Department on a Fremont County warrant. A press release with further information will be released on Monday, September, 17th.

An arrest warrant has been issued in connection to a viral video recorded in Tabor. Anyone with information of his whereabouts please contact the Fremont County Sheriff's Office or Tabor Police Department at 712-374-2424. A Crime Stoppers award of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest is available.

The Fremont County Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that there is no trespassing at spillway located near the intersection of 142nd st and 250th Ave. The Fremont County Board of Supervisors had No Trespassing signs erected after numerous complaints dealing with blocked roads, drug and alcohol use, fights, and trash left in the area. The Fremont County Sheriff's Reserve is accepting applications for Reserve Officers. This is a volunteer position. You must be at least 21 years of age and must have a clean criminal history. Times are in accordance with current State law.
