Congratulations to Special Agent in Charge Jessie Whitmer for his promotion to Special Agent in Charge for the State of Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement! He was sworn in this evening at the Iowa Police Chiefs Association Awards Ceremony.

A few of our officers completed the Police Unity Tour in Washington, D.C. today.

We're cheering on two of our fellow UIPD officers from afar as they complete the Police Unity Tour this week. The primary purpose of the tour is to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty.
