We want to give a big thanks to our summer youth workers, Ericka Bydone, Harmony Tissidimit, Janice Hootchew and Malakai Wahtomy (not pictured) . Today was their last day working with us, They did a great job helping us this summer and are all very hard workers and they helped us tremendously getting ready for this years annual festival. They will be missed. Hope to see you all back next summer.

Members of the FHPD attended the 2018 Summer Jurassic Kids day down on the HRDC lawn. It was hosted by the THHS and IHS health programs. The Police department loves to participate in these community events and had a very good showing of support and many kids and community members attended and participated today. We showed some gun safety and let the kids try on and hold tactical gear. We also had a patrol unit on scene so you could see the inside.. We also held a coloring contest , Thank you to those who participated, Special thanks to Our Own Chantal Osborne for organizing and donating the coloring contest prizes since it was very last minute. Thank you to Fort Hall community and the Event sponsors for allowing us to participate, we'll see you all at the next event if not sooner.

On 07/24/18 CI Todd Tendoy, CI Chad Phillips and Evidence Technician Mel Timbana conducted a Drug Presentation to the Summer Youth Work Program students

Officer Schrock attended the 2018 Idaho Youth Challenge Academy Awards Ceremony in the Tribal Council Chambers where 5 tribal member youth were honored. Congratulations to Staff Sergeant Xavier Big Hair & Amelia Montoya, Airman 1st Class Leroy Damon, Senior Airman Charlize Teton-Edmo & Andres Trevino.

Officer Schrock took a minute to pose with the 4K for Cancer Organization promoting the fight against young adult cancer. The runners ran through the Fort Hall Indian Reservation enroute to Boston Massachusetts. #4kforcancer

06/20/18 CI Chad Phillips and Evidence Specialist Mel Timbana presented to the Fort Hall Casino Security Officers in Interdepartmental Key Policies and Procedures. Staff were given the opportunity to ask questions of FHPD on evidence procedures.

FHPD has a Gun Safety booth at the Men’s Health Fair. Come down the the ball field for prizes and test your strength and agility. They will be serving a free lunch at noon.
