Ladies and Gentlemen, The Idaho 2016 Crime Report, as recorded by the State of Idaho has been released for the public. Here are some interesting facts about the crime in the City of Cascade that we thought you; the citizen might like to know about. From 2015 to 2016- the number of offenses reported in the City of Cascade went up 73.4%. From 2015 to 2016- the number of arrest made by the Cascade Police Department went up 86.2%. The Cascade Police Department will be participating in the Office of Highway Safety's overtime mobilization throughout the holiday season to help stop drunk drivers. This mobilization takes place from December 18th thru January 3rd. Please don't drink and drive, find a designated driver ahead of time, or call a taxi.

Wednesday evening Officer Scott was involved in a Law Enforcement good will to citizens for thanksgiving and took part in giving turkeys to motorists on traffic stops. Valley County Sheriffs office was gracious enough to include Cascade Police in the fun
