Ofc Pilarski , Sgt Williams (Huntley PD), and Sgt Walker (Algonquin PD) were a few of thousands of police officers attending the international Special Olympics conference. NBA legend Gary Payton, NFL retiree Reggie McKenzie were a few speakers who have come to love Special Olympics, The Law Enforcement Torch Run, and the inclusion revolution!!! Retired Chief Richard Lamunyon started the torch run with 6 of his officers in 1978 with the program becoming an epidemic for many agencies in 1981. Future fundraisers will be posted here so you can see how you can be part of the movement. Rikki is an amazing athlete in Special Olympics Illinois and is seen with Ofc Pilarski. #endtherword #letr #specialolympics #inclusionrevolution #letrconf
