Way to go APD and K9 Siri!

Thanks to the Girl Scouts who stopped by with a donation to the shop with a cop program!

SRO Bryant had some backup this week at LPS. In the second photo, this precious girl not only wanted to dress as an Officer for Halloween, but specifically wanted to dress like SRO Bryant. So SRO Bryant got “into costume” as a possible future Officer Yeary. Love seeing all the smiling faces, there’s another round of trick or treats tonight in surrounding areas, everyone stay safe and have fun! 👻🎃🍬

The Lawrenceburg Police Department and Lawrenceburg K9 Officers Jacob Jump and Nick Myers with the help of school resource Officer Amy Bryant put on a Police K9 demonstration today at the Lawrenceburg Primary School. This is all part of our department’s dedication to educate the youth in our community. And we are blessed to do it!

We will be working with the DEA at the Lawrenceburg Kroger tomorrow Saturday October 27th from 10 am to 2 pm to take back any unwanted or old prescriptions. This is important to keep the medications out of the water supply (please don’t flush them), away from potential home accidents, and to minimize potential theft or abuse incidents.

Lawrenceburg K-9 officers were happy to assist Dillsboro Chief Josh Cady at the Moores Hill elementary school for red ribbon week today!

On behalf of the Lawrenceburg Police Department. A huge thank you to Laudick Trucking in Sunman for donating some shredded topsoil to finish K-9 Siri’s kennel space. #laudicktrucking

We have the best citizens in Indiana! This was brought to us by a downtown resident that wanted to say thanks for our participation at fall fest, keeping everyone safe.

We have several items recovered from Fall Fest 2018 at LPD. If you lost an item around the festival, call 812-537-2284 and describe the item. We would like to get everyone's property back to the proper owners.

Hey parents and kids! Stop and see us at our Fall Fest booth this weekend to enter for your chance to win a ride-a-long with one of our K9 Officers! Entrants must be between the ages of 12 and 18. If the winner is less than 18 years of age, their parents must be willing to sign a release of liability form prior to the ride-a-long. If the winner is 18 years of age, they will have to sign a release of liability form prior to the ride-a-long.

Street closures for Fall Fest 2018.

Parking and street closings for the High St area on Saturday Sept 22nd. Please be aware so we don’t have to wake you up before the sun comes up, and we don’t have to tow your car.

Honored to have Lawrenceburg Reserve Officer Andy Cline representing the community singing the National Anthem at the Great American Ballpark.

Always glad to help out at the schools.

We’d like to thank K9’s of Valor for sending a trauma kit for K9 Siri. This is a great organization that works to protect our four legged partners.

LPD School Resource Officer Amy Bryant enjoyed spending some time with the kids at Kids Campus Early Learning Center.
