Yorktown Police Department News

Oh ya!!!!!

I want to take a moment to mourn the recent passing of these three men (Charles Duane Cougill, William D. Kirby, Jack L. Stonebraker). All of which I had the pleasure of working with during my time on the Muncie Police Department. Three men who worked to make their communities better and safer for everyone. I’m a better police officer for having the luxury of knowing and working with them all. You will be missed. – Todd St.John
