Asking for your help with locating the owners of this dog. The dog has been sitting near the intersection of Main St. and Collins St. for the past few hours tonight. The dog does not appear to be aggressive, but will not let anyone approach. It has a collar, but no tags. If anyone recognizes this dog or knows where it belongs, please let somebody know. I'm sure he misses home.
