Intent to Dispose of Recovered Property Since October 24th, 2016 the Hays Police Department has recovered 56 bicycles of various makes, models, and styles. Please contact the Hays Police Department if you believe any of these bikes may belong to you. After ten days from this notice, all unclaimed property will be disposed of in accordance with Section 26-21 of the City of Hays Code of Ordinances.

During the noon hour we will begin blocking off parking stalls along Main Street, with the exception of parking stalls around the downtown restaurants. Missing Person: Bob L St. Peter (AKA Trisha), 67 yoa, W/M, 5'09", 135lbs, white hair and white beard, last seen wearing a gray wool sweater. Vehicle Information: Black 2005 Chrysler Crossfire convertible, displaying Ks Tag 430JHB. The attached photographs of the vehicle are representational only, not of the actual vehicle. Synopsis: St. Peter left his residence in Hays at approximately 10:00PM on 09/24/2018. St. Peterโ€™s vehicle was last believed to have been seen at Exit 324 on I-70, East Bound at 07:42AM 09/25/2018. He is possibly heading to the Kansas City area. St. Peter has dementia and has not taken his medications. He does not have his medications or his cell phone with him.
