Ok, so again not the greatest resolution but you always manage to provide some great info anyways! We are trying to ID this female who used credit cards in Independence that were stolen in a Lenexa burglary. Vehicle is possibly a Mitsubishi Gallant. If you can help us ID her, message us or call 913-825-8169. As always, thank you for helping us fight crime in Lenexa.

Low light range. Pitch black, must use a flashlight or light mounted on the firearm.

It's tough job, but someone had to do it! Thanks to Kocher & Beck USA LP for having us and City of Lenexa, Fire Department come judge their employee chili competition. We had fun partnering with this Lenexa business!

We are trying to track down the owner/driver of this maroon or red, Ford F-150 extended cab, with bed cover, chrome front bumper and chrome side step bars. It is seen here pulling a STOLEN 2015, 16 ft. Doolittle Billitt trailer with dual axles. The trailer was stolen from a residence in Lenexa and was filled with power tools and HVAC equipment. If you have any info about this vehicle or crime, we (and the victims) would be grateful. Message us or call 913-825-8120.

Great article here about Lauren, one of our police interns from this past summer. Our paid police internship program provides college students with great experience as they equip themselves for a potential career in law enforcement! Visit https://bit.ly/2SRflDB to learn more our internship program

Grainy video, but if you know her, you know her. We'd like to know her and speak to her about being a suspect in a theft/scam in our city recently. Message us or call 913-825-8097 if you can help ID her. She left in a burgundy vehicle.

There are a lot of beautiful things to see around the Lenexa PD these days. The trees ain't bad either.

*UPDATE- Thank you all for the tips! This person has been identified, allowing the case to proceed! We'd be oh so grateful if you could help us ID this recent shoplifter in Lenexa. These are some pretty clear images. This is a beauty store located off of 87th Street. She was seen leaving in a red Ford Focus with temporary tags, which may have been a Lyft ride. If you know who she is you can call us at 913-825-8097 or send us a private message. Thank you!

Appropriately dealing with individuals in mental health crisis has become a huge part of our job. We recently hosted a week-long Crisis Intervention Training for area officers, dispatchers and others in the criminal justice system to learn how to best assist those in need.
