PRESS RELEASE FOR 11-8-2018 ARRESTS: • Stacey Lewis was released on 11-5-2018 on $500 OR bond with a court date of 11-27-2018 at 8:30 a.m. • Mark Hunt was released to the custody of Secure Transport for transfer to Shawnee County Jail on 11-5-2018. He was released on $250 OR bond on Nemaha County charges with a court date of 12-13-2018 at 1 p.m. • Gregory R. Fisher was released on 11-6-2018 on $2500 OR bond with a court date of 11-15-2018 at 4 p.m. • Kenneth S. Bailey, 25, Horton was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 11-6-2018 on a Nemaha County Warrant for Failure to Appear. He remains in custody with bond set at $500 cash. ACCIDENTS: • On 11-4-2018 at 12:55 p.m. Paul A. Hartter, 39, Centralia was traveling westbound on K-9 Highway just west of R Road when he left the roadway and struck a sign post. He was driving a 2011 Buick 4 door. Over $1,000 damage. • On 11-7-18 at 6:34p.m. Sherri Wells, 54, Centralia was traveling Northbound on K187 0.3 miles North of 128th Road when she struck a deer. Wells was driving a 2015 GMC Sierra. Over $1000 damage. REPORTED CRIMES / INCIDENT RESPONSES: • Sometime between 11-5-18 at 7:30p.m. and 11-6-18 at 7:15a.m. an unknown individual drove into the mailbox at 1407 Roanoke in Seneca causing $150 in damage.

She remains in custody with bond set at $5,000. • Stacey L. Lewis, 48, Sabetha was arrested on 11-3-20108 by Sabetha PD on a Shawnee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. She remains in custody with bond set at $500. • Gregory R. Fisher, 56, Sabetha was arrested by Sabetha PD on 11-3-2018 for the offense of Domestic Battery. Fisher remains in custody. ACCIDENTS: • On 10-31-18 at 6:45a.m. Christopher Latham, 42, Wetmore was traveling Westbound on US 36 Highway .4 miles East of N Road when he struck a deer. Latham was driving a 2015 Chevy Silverado. Over $1000 damage. • On 10-31-2018 at 9:06 p.m. Kenneth D. Miller, 45, Sabetha was traveling northbound on K-63 Highway at milepost 41 when he struck a racoon. He was driving a 2018 Dodge Charger. Over $1000 damage. • On 10-20-2018 at 3:00 a.m. Jeremiah J. Clary, 29, Sabetha was backing up in a yard at 225 Minnesota, Wetmore when he struck a gas meter. He was driving a 2007 GMC pickup. Over $1,000 damage. • On 10-11-2018 at 9:40 p.m. Caleb E. Deckinger, 28, Sabetha was northbound on U Road and proceeded through the intersection at US Highway 36. Deann M. Buser, 52, Sabetha, was traveling westbound on US 36 and was struck by Deckinger. Both drivers were transported to the Sabetha Hospital by ambulance. Deckinger was driving a 1998 Ford pickup, and Buser was driving a 2003 Ford pickup. Over $1,000 damage. REPORTED CRIMES / INCIDENT RESPONSES: • Sometime between 11:35 and 11:59 p.m. on 10/14/2018 an unknown person set fire to a 1983 Freuhauf recycling trailer at 5th and Railroad in Centralia. Approximately $2,000 loss.

ACCIDENTS: • On 8-23-18 at 8:45p.m. Patrick Brown, 24, Wetmore was traveling Eastbound on 44th Road ¼ Mile West of X Road when he struck a tree that was in the roadway. Brown was driving a 2007 Chevy Pickup. Over $1000 damage. • On 8-26-18 at 10:21a.m. Jason Deters, 26, Centralia was traveling Northbound on K187 Highway 156 feet North of K9 Highway when he lost control and left the roadway striking a road sign. Deters was driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. Over $1000 damage. REPORTED CRIMES / INCIDENT RESPONSES: • Sometime between 7-28-2018 and 8-9-2018 an unknown person forced entry to a building at 542 Pine, Wetmore and stole a BB gun and broke windows on the building and two vehicles on the property. Approximately $1225 damage and loss.
