Good Morning Everyone, Just wanted to let you know we still have a few open spots for the fall Citizens Police Academy Class that starts Tue, Sept. 25 at 6 pm at JCTC. This is course that is 10 weeks and is designed to let you see what it is like to be a police officer. It covers many topics that officers must be aware of and gives you a behind the scenes look at how the police department works, not like what you see on Live PD (except the ride-a-long portion), but how things really work. This is a chance to get better understanding of what happens and why some things happen. If you are interested email me at kevin.grimes@nicholasville.org and I will get you the application. Sgt. Kevin Grimes
